“From years of treating ACL injuries my philosophy is grounded in evidence-based rehabilitation that focuses on restoring knee stability, strength, and neuromuscular control to support safe, functional movement. I recognize the significant mental and emotional challenges that come with ACL recovery, so I prioritize providing encouragement and psychological support throughout the process. By implementing a structured, progressive return-to-play program, I help patients regain confidence and optimize performance while minimizing the risk of re-injury.”
