Adrian has clinical hospital experience working with a range of different conditions from acute care in the ICU, to patients with gastrointestinal conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular & musculoskeletal conditions and rehabilitation. He combines his hospital experience with sporting environments and private practice to provide a unique blend of insights for individuals wanting to optimise their health and performance.
