Flexibility for rehabilitation and athletic development

Optimising flexibility is a primary component for restoring normal movement, function and performance. However, flexibility is an area that is often overlooked, poorly assessed or neglected. The basis of the flexibility exercise sessions is to assess and prescribe a tailored program to restore normal range and compliance within the body. This enables the joints to move more freely, reduces adhesions developed from tissue damage and can enhance movement requirements for sporting endeavours.

These sessions provide a combination of utilising therapeutic movements based on yoga poses and exercise science principles to create specific changes in the body. Using this unique approach allows programs to be individually tailored based on the physical profile, past medical history and training status whilst also making it safe and effective for treating any current injuries.

Session times are as follow:

Monday 6:00 – 7:00pm / 7:00 – 8:00pm

Tuesday: 7:00 – 8:00pm

Wednesday: 7:00 – 8:00pm

Thursday: 6:00 – 7:00pm / 7:00 – 8:00pm

Saturday: 7:30 – 8:30am / 8:30 – 9:30am
